Waxing and sugaring Specialist, Allyssa started her esthetics journey in 2019 after falling in love with the colorful and inspiring industry as a teenager. After graduating and getting her Aesthetician license she jumped in to the fast paced world of speed waxing in Reno, NV. Once she experienced the world of waxing and going out to own her own waxing studio, Pixie’s Beauties in Sparks, NV in late 2020, she spread out into body sugaring to experience the sweeter side to hair removal! In 2022 she decided it was time to bring her passion and knowledge for sugaring and waxing back home to Minden, so she packed up and found her home sweet and sugary home at Pure Glow Salon as Waxing Crescent!

Allyssa offers facial waxing, body waxing, and body sugaring. Her bread and butter specialty is Brazilian waxing/sugaring.

Allyssa is born and raised in Gardnerville, NV so of course she loves all the outdoorsy things like, skiing, camping, hiking and even jet skis!
She has a very tight bond with her two older brothers who have encouraged the nerdier side of things, so she’s always looking for an excuse to talk about video games!
